MY STORY

I have been a silversmith for 6 years, my interest in silversmithing started by watching my grandad working in his workshop. He inspired me to start making silver jewellery.

My  passion for silver, and particularly silver clay grew when I attended silver courses at the Jubilee Stores here on the Isle of Wight.

I use the natural world to influence my designs. Be it the beaches and the waves or the forest and the leaves on the trees.  I have lived on the Isle of Wight all my life and I continue to use the environment around me here to inspire me.

All of my work is made out of 925 or 999 silver. I use glass enamels to accentuate my work as well as responsibly sourced semi precious stones.

I love taking on new challenges and collaborating ideas with other people to make meaningful and beautiful jewellery for them to cherish, so do not hesitate to contact me.

I am online on Facebook and Instagram, I am called @madebybethIOW.
